Achieving your daily Oopla can be a walk in the park. Start with just 10 minutes a day.

Rather than counting steps, this challenge is about participating in activities. Use your smartphone or smartwatch to measure activities such as walks, hikes, runs, cycles, swims, strength, yoga, workouts and much more. Anything you count as your daily exercise can score points
