The WOMEN IN BUSINESS challenge is a series of 28 day Exercise Challenges that are suitable for absolutely everybody.

Join in anytime and complete as many Challenges as you like. Just log your exercise, earn points, win rewards and our corporate sponsors will donate £1 for every 100 Oopla that you score.

Oopla is a game that's all about keeping active every day and achieving at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity across a week through a variety of different activities. 

There's no counting steps or calories in Oopla, you simply just measure your exercise time and develop a strategy that maximises your score and keeps you motivated all year round so that you always feel great!

FAQs

Every Challenge is 28 days long and we are taking part in two back-to-back Challenges starting on the 16th August 2021 and 13th September 2021, all ending at midnight on Sunday 10th October 2021

No – apart from having access to the internet to log your activity.  You can also use a Smart Phone to download and use the free STRAVA App if you prefer – this will log your activity automatically with Oopla. If you own a compatible fitness device (e.g. Garmin or Apple Watch), you can sync this to Strava to use with Oopla.

Yes, simply go to your Activity Log using the + Symbol to add an activity manually or connect to one of the third-party connections like Strava to add activities automatically.

The Challenge will comply with all GDPR legislation. View https://www.oopla.app/privacy

Participants can regulate their own privacy settings on their fitness app without affecting the ability to take part

Participants can also choose to use their name or a ‘stealth’ persona on the Leaderboard

There will be a dedicated live GRAHAM Dashboard for individual and team scores

Support to Perform will issue a weekly Newsletter outlining progress, success and encouraging personal improvement

A private Facebook group will be set up by Oopla to allow you to share your Challenge experience with others in this Challenge too.

Then start logging your activity and on 19th July you will be given access to the GRAHAM Dashboard

Individuals can withdraw from the process after registration – just email help@oopla.app to request to remove your account.

Once the final date for registration is complete, we will send out more information on getting started and how to set up your teams
